Shipping policy

Free UK Delivery We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend required — the price you see is the price you pay.

UK Delivery Times Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

Order Processing Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the delivery service used.

International Delivery We currently do not ship outside of the UK

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@footballgiftsonline.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please allow 3 working days beyond the estimated delivery date before reporting an order as lost.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
