Returns

The customer has the right to return or exchange an item in most circumstances including if they requireca different size or different colour. 

In such case, any customer can request a refund or exchange by returning the item within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Please note that all returned items must only have been tried on, if applicable, as you would in a retail store and returned in store and should be returned intact in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

Similar to a user’s right to cancel, if applicable, this right does not apply to any item that is considered to be an undergarment.

Once Football Gifts Online have received the returned items, the customer will be sent an email to confirm receipt and the refund/exchange will be processed.

All shipping costs for returning or exchanging such items under this section will be covered at Football Gifts Online discretion.

Faulty or damaged goods:

Irrespective of the products you have ordered, you have the right to return and receive a refund in the following situations:

• the products you received are materially different to the product displayed on the Football Gifts Online Site; or
• the items you received were faulty.

In these situations you will be asked to return the products within 14 days of receiving them so the products can be inspected before any refund is issued.

Shipping costs for returning your items when your items are fault or damaged will be covered at Football Gifts Online discretion.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be offered in the following limited situations:

• if a valid cancelation of order is exercised within the 14-day period;
• if the item(s) you received were faulty or damaged;
  

If any of the above situations apply, Football Gifts Online will return all payments received from you within 14 days from the day on which notification of your cancellation was received and once all items have been returned. 

In order to make this repayment, Football Gifts Online will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We deliver all of our products FREE OF CHARGE within the UK and endeavour to deliver all items on a 2-3 working day Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

A. Yes, every product which we sell has been approved by the club it relates to.

Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?
A. We endeavour to ship in stock items within 2-3 working days. If for any reason we do not have stock of a particular product we will inform you by email. 

Q. What methods of payment do you take?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards using a PCI Level 1 Compliant payment gateway. We also take payment through PayPal

Q. What are your delivery costs
A. All of our prices include delivery so there are no hidden costs when you get to checkout. We ONLY sell items to addresses in the UK

Q. I have a problem with my order - how do I contact you?

Q. The item I have ordered is faulty, how do I return?
A. In the rare instance that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately preferably via email so that we have traceability.

If the item is faulty we will send you out an immediate replacement along with a pre-paid FREEPOST address so that you can send the faulty item back to us.
